Average Grizzco part-timer & OTH enjoyer

Please play Tentacle Nights with me oh my cod!! Amateur bass-player when I'm not at work, which is most of the time, since otherwise they'd have to give me benefits.

Me and my loves at GrandFest this year!!!

Beloved Weapons

Splatoon paint roller
Massive ink coverage, great reach, can kill in "one" if you're aggressive enough. My favorite roller, just somewhat more than the Splat Roller, my secondly beloved.
Splatoon grey gatling gun
Perfect layout if you want to stay back, ink, and help your team be annoying. Occasionally you have to face the consequences of blocking off an entire section and get 3 of the other team gunning for you at once, and then every time they see you pop up again, but it’s worth it
Splatoon paintbrush
My ranked weapon of choice, and the ideal match of range, speed, and coverage for me. Good for laying a path at the start of a match and then setting some beacons for when someone inevitably dies instantly

Behated Weapon.

Splatoon Enperry splat dualies
Die forever. Most annoying combination ever known to aquatic kind. When the Nautilus uses triple splashdown I think, what a good layout for a ranged charger. When Enperry Splat Dualies uses it I want to ignore whatever the objective is and focus exclusively on killing them alone for the rest of the match

Honorable Mentions

Harmony from Splatoon, a humanoid sea anemone girl

Harmony is a sea anemone, lead singer of Chirpy Chips (aka ABXY), and de facto manager of Hotlantis in Splatsville.

I identified with her from the moment I saw her. While running Hotlantis (a position she did not fight for but has functionally assumed due to the real manager’s frequent absence), she plays with an Ultra Hand crouched down on the floor, until a customer comes in. She helps you with a blank expression on her face and less than typical physical and verbal reactions to the player’s purchases, and wears a loose t-shirt over a mini skirt and sneakers. She keeps her tentacles long and tied low to her sides. She’s got the perfect sensory friendly hot girl attire.

She’s the artist for her band, in which she performs both the vocal parts (whose heavily edited sound gives her a reputation for a ‘speak-singing’ style) and a number of noises from video game consoles, notably (since this is still a Nintendo game) from the world’s version of older Nintendo consoles, as can be seen in their second album’s cover art.

WIP

The music in Splatoon was a big factor in getting me invested. Few games, and certainly few AAA titles, have the stylistic range that the Splatoon games do. Much of the in-game music is attributed to in-canon bands, and this gives the artists the opportunity to show different sea creatures and different characters outside of just inklings and octolings. Take a look!
